Reservation Policies – IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all policies listed above before reserving your room.
Deposits: Bookings made by telephone or directly on our website will be charged a deposit equal to the first night rate plus 9% lodging tax. Balance is due upon arrival
Bookings of the Cottage require a 50% reservation deposit, which is taken upon booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made through 3rd party online travel sites will be charged a deposit that is specified by the respective sites.
Cash payments are accepted. but you must have credit card on file.

Reservation Deposit
A valid credit card is required to make reservations. We accept Visa and MasterCard, travelers checks and money orders. The balance is due upon arrival for the entire reservation. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged after reservation has been created, up until 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night’s deposit will be charged. Within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation will be charged. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Cottage Cancellation Policy
A $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged after reservation has been created, up until 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation will be charged. Within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total reservation will be charged. Within 7 Days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Island View Motel, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged for the entirety of their stay.
